Blossom Boroughs

Methodology: This study is based on a survey of 3,012 real estate agents conducted across America in March 2026. Participants were asked: “Which of the following locations do you find most beautiful in spring?” Respondents were encouraged to consider both seasonal blossoms and the broader shift into spring — including fresh greenery, longer daylight hours, and the overall atmosphere of lighter, brighter surroundings. The survey was carried out online using a nationally representative panel and balanced across age, gender, household income, and geographic region to reflect the U.S. adult population. Results were weighted where necessary to align with national population benchmarks, ensuring a broad and representative snapshot of public opinion across all 50 states. March 2026.
